Zucchini, Zucchini, Zucchini…Who’s Got The Zucchini?

Dana’s dad has had a garden for over 60 plus years and for the past few years her handsome brother has helped and this year it is all his. Well, he goes skedaddling off to Vegas and Brian is in charge of harvesting the zuchinni. We have observed that the crop is like rabbits…if you know what we mean (wink wink). We have made zucchini breads, zucchini in a one pot, and zucchini boats. We have just gotten started.
